Discover upscale apartment living at The Reserve at Prentiss Pointe, located in Harrison Township, MI. These newly constructed one- and two-bedroom homes offer spacious layouts, ranging from 900 to 1,250 sq. ft., designed for comfort and style. Each apartment features high-end finishes, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and under-cabinet lighting. Residents enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities and ample storage space.
Lease Terms & Conditions
We do allow cosigners if primary applicants are unable to qualify on their own.
We partner with ID Verification and Verification of Income software that will require submission of government issued photo ID as well as multiple ways to verify income. We also require an application fee (no cash accepted).
If you are interested in an apartment, the longest we can hold it for you is 7 days after the availability date. If you're looking for a future move in date we offer a “Get Notified” option when a style is unavailable.
We charge a $35 monthly pet fee and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit upon move in. We do not have breed restrictions. All Applicants and Residents are required to register on PetScreening.com for household pets and assistance animals.
A written 45-day notice to vacate must be provided prior to the lease expiration date.
All forms of barbeque grills (even electric), smokers, cookers, fryers, or open flames are prohibited on patios or balconies.
We have several lease clauses which address the need to terminate the lease prior to expiration. Contact the leasing office for more details.
We run credit and background checks for all leaseholders.
The security deposit ranges from $500-$1.5 months of rent. We also offer Obligo, a security deposit alternative!

All guests must accompanied by a resident, who is 18 or older. There is a limit of 1 guest in the fitness center and 2 guests at the pool.
No, you simply obtain a laundry card from our kiosk and load it, via cash or credit, and reload as needed via app or kiosk
Yes, we offer furnished apartments. We have different options to choose from, so it is best to contact the leasing office for more details
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal come standard in our homes. Some apartments include washers and dryers.

Yes, our clubhouse is available for residents to rent during non-business hours. Contact the office for more details and availability.
Maintenance
We offer after-hours emergency maintenance for issues that are unable to wait until the next business day.

If you provide our technicians permission to enter then you do not need to be home for work to take place; however if you would prefer to be home you may schedule an appointment.

Yes, as long as you return the walls to their original condition prior to moving out.
Lock-outs which occur during normal business hours will be resolved at no charge. After normal business hours, a charge of $30 will be placed on your account for management or maintenance to provide this service.
